Kenmore Venom Futsal is an Australian Futsal Association club run in the Western suburbs of Brisbane. There is a wide variety of playing opportunities at the centre - ranging from children to adults. Whether you are new to futsal or an experienced player, there are plenty of options for everyone.

With Futsal we are a little different in the way we operate compared to other sports. Teams enter into the competition as full teams (minimum 5 players, 7 players recommended) of friends from school, relatives or sports teams (for example).

If you are not able to get a team together players can register as what we call 'individual' players who may be placed into a team with other individual players.

2024/25 Season Dates:
Competitions will kick off with games week beginning Monday 30th September 2024.

6's, 7's and all ages 12's and up will finish mid December (6/7's age groups will have an option to also play in Term 1)

8's to 11's will run from October through to the end of February excl. Christmas School Holidays

10's (Born 2014) - Friday

11's (Born 2013) - Thursday

12's (Born 2012) - Wednesday

13's (Born 2011) - Thursday

14's (Born 2010) - Wednesday

15's (Born 2009) - Monday

16's (Born 2008) - Monday

Youth (Born 2007/06/05) - Friday

Adult Men's - Played at Corinda SHS Monday or Thursday nights (visit www.corindafutsal.com)

If you have an ALL GIRLS TEAM, it is suggested they play 1 to 2 years below their age group.

Game times:
6's - 8's will play Saturdays between 8am - 12.30pm
9's - 11's will play between 4pm - 7pm
12's & 13's will play between 6pm - 9pm
14's and up will play between 6pm - 9pm

Youth will play between 6pm - 10pm

(All games will be 2 x 18 minute halves excluding 6/7's who will be 2 x 14 minute halves)

Cost:
6/7's - $160 per player*
8's to 11's - $280 per player
12's to Youth (18's) - $190 per player*

*Please note 6/7's, 12's to Youth competitions will only run 10 weeks in Term 4 - October to December 2024.

8's to 11's will play a 15 week season, October through to mid March excluding Christmas School holidays (State School Terms).

Venues:

The competition is run out of Kenmore State High School. A second venue will be used throughout the season to accommodate for Kenmore State High School using their hall for school activities.

Training:
There is no training organised, only the games are organised each week. Please note, there is limited court space available in the Western Suburbs to allow for training. It is advised teams who wish to train contact their local school to use their tennis courts, school halls or school ovals.

How to Register:

If your child played Summer 2023/24, you will be able to log into your existing account to register your child/children.

NEW PLAYERS - PARENTS MUST CREATE A PARENT PROFILE. Once you have created a parents profile, you can add your child/children to your profile.

If you are looking to register a team you should have;

1. At least 6 reliable players,

2. A coach and/or team manager,

3. Matching jerseys/playing shirts with a number on the back.

All players are to wear shinpads with long socks covering the shinpads.

Players can register as an individual and we can find you a team, or you can register a full team of friends (minimum 6 players).

Note; from 10 years and up it is difficult to assign individual players to teams. If possible, please try and get yourself a team to compete in the competition (minimum 6 players).
