Morayfield Futsal is an Australian Futsal Association centre in Queensland. There is a wide variety of playing opportunities at the centre - ranging from children to adults. Whether you are new to futsal or an experienced player, there are plenty of options. We hope to see you on one of our courts sometime soon!

At Morayfield Futsal we facilitate competitions for both male, female & mixed teams. You can enter the competition as full teams (minimum 5 players, 7 players recommended) made up of friends from the neighborhood, school, work place or sports club. You may start the competition with 5 nominated players and can then add to the team sheet during the season. Please note a player ‘Must’ play a minimum 5 round games to be eligible to play in the finals.  Alternatively you can nominate as an individual in which case we will find you a team to play in.

Winter season of Futsal will run from April, 2026 to end of September, 2026 (this includes games over the June / July school holidays). Games are played Wednesday nights.

New Summer season of Futsal will kick off October 2026. Nominate now...

Kick off times for juniors are 5:00, 5:40, 6:20, 7:00 & 7:40 pm and for seniors are 6:20, 7:00, 7:40, 8:20 & 9:00 pm. Games times for juniors are 2 x 16 minute halves and for seniors are 2 x 18 minute halves. All games are run of the clock.

Shin Pads are compulsory - 'No Shin Pads No Play'!!

Once the competition proper commences we recommend your team wears the same colored t/shirts or jerseys. In the event where two teams clash in colour we then provide playing bibs.

All juniors prepay for the season upfront (price tbc) and Senior game fees are $100 / team / game. There will also be an option for senior teams to pre pay the season up front - this amount will be worked out and offered when the draw is done.

Match Sheets - The match sheet must be completed by every team coach / manager / captain prior to every game. Only players who are playing on the night are to be noted (First & Last Name). 

Forfeited Games – If the situation arises where a team is unable to field a team on the date and time their match is scheduled this match is deemed to be a forfeit. It will be the responsibility of the team that is forfeiting the match to advise the centre manager, ‘NO LESS’ than 24 hours prior to the commencement of fixture. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in a one match fee penalty which will have to be paid prior to next fixture game. The team forfeited against will receive full match points and the score is recorded as a 3 - 0 win.

No Show – If a team does not appear to a scheduled fixture game (10 minutes grace) and does not notify night manager / admin officer this game will be deemed a forfeit, the team forfeited against will receive full match points and the score is recorded as a 3 - 0 win and also result in a 2 match fee penalty to cover court costs (penalty must be paid prior to the next scheduled fixture game).
 
Borrowing Players - You may borrow one player to make a team of 5 only. The player borrowed / filling in must be from the same league or a division below. NB: Should a team be found breaching these rules then the opposition team will automatically receive a 3 - 0 win.

Every year players (male & female) are selected from our clubs to represent ‘Pine River Eels’ at the Regional State Futsal Championships. Age groups include Juniors & Seniors and the tournament will be held over a weekend in March, 2026 (Seniors) and the Easter long weekend, 2026 for the Juniors. From these competitions players are then identified to represent Queensland.
