Teaching the skills, tactics and strategies of Futsal is a rewarding experience. The quality of coaching is one of the primary reasons why players either continue to participate in Futsal or give up the game.

 

The coach has significantly more influence upon players than any other official or person connected with Futsal. Coach Education is a key component of Australian Futsal Association's National Futsal Curriculum.

 

Coaches at all levels play a crucial role in ensuring that Futsal is an enjoyable experience for everyone, as well as laying the foundation for the development of better players. All Coaches need to be accredited.

 

AFA provides two level of courses that cover Community based courses which are short affordable and locally available courses for Coaches to acquire and develop the skills and knowledge coach at local and regional levels as well as Advanced courses for Coaches to acquire more detailed and advanced Futsal coaching concepts and knowledge.
